Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases from Scrub Seven Trading W.L.L. (Commercial Registration No. 234528), Building 157, Street 523, Zone 51, Al Gharrafa, Doha, Qatar ("Scrub Seven", "we"), whether made in our store, on this website or under a quotation. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
  • No VAT is currently applicable in the State of Qatar. Should VAT be introduced, it will be added to prices at the statutory rate from the date it takes effect.
  • In store we accept cash and card. Online we accept card payment and cash on delivery across Qatar.
  • Business (B2B) orders are payable as stated on the quotation or sales order.

2. Quotations and business orders

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from their date unless stated otherwise.
  • Goods are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Sizes and colours are substituted only with your written approval.
  • Orders are processed on receipt of your purchase order or advance payment, as stated on the quotation.
  • Delivery lead time is confirmed on order confirmation.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery is free within Qatar on orders over 250 QAR.
  • Cash on delivery is available across Qatar.
  • Please check your parcel on receipt and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours to team@scrubseven.com.

4. Returns and exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or invoice.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Items personalised or embroidered to order cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded in line with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008.

5. Products

  • We supply genuine Cherokee, Healing Hands and Dickies Medical products. Product descriptions, fabric compositions and care instructions are provided by the manufacturers.
  • Colours may vary slightly between screen and product.

6. Your account and privacy

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
  • Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are referred to the competent courts of Qatar.
